Aether Study utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence to generate study aids.

• Not Professional Advice: The service is an educational tool, not a replacement for professional instruction, official textbooks, or verified academic sources.
• Liability: Aether Study is not liable for any academic consequences, including but not limited to failed exams, lower grades, or academic disciplinary actions resulting from the use of our platform.

5. Subscriptions and Refunds

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. You may cancel at any time via your account settings.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your initial purchase.
• Fair Use Exception: We reserve the right to deny a refund if we detect excessive usage (e.g., bulk downloading or generating significant volumes of content) prior to the refund request.
